Intabia has completed work on the USSD-banking project for the microfinance company SMSFinance. USSD is a technology that allows to organize high-speed information exchange between a subscriber’s cell phone and a service application in real time.

The goals of the project are to unload operators through the organization of direct communication between customers and the service, through the USSD protocol, and to increase loan conversion through the connection of a new alternative method of issuing loans.

As a result of the project, clients of the SMSFinance, whose personal data had already been in the system, were able to access the services of the credit organization from a cell phone without the operator’s involvement. The system allows you to issue a loan and receive it through one of the channels – QIWI, Contact, Leader, Yandex-money, using a credit card, or bank transfer. In addition, you can repay and extend the loan, through the QIWI system, request reference information on the status of the debt or leave a request for a call. Service has become even more affordable and convenient!
